Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery  (according to your tracking number) at the cost of the customer.

Returns will only be accepted if items are unworn, unwashed, and with original tags. Items will not be accepted if they are dirty (makeup, deodorant, etc.) or appear worn.

Refunds will be given in the original form of payment.

All sale or clearance items are final sale! No exceptions.

All returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving them.
Any shipping charges on your original order are non refundable.

SHOE RETURNS: Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box.
Damage to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible for a return and will be marked "return to sender". Shipping costs will not be refunded.
